Our U16 boys lost out to Ardleathmaigh in the county championship B final on a scoreline of 2.12 to 5.14.

Looking at the scoreline, you would think it was one way traffic but it was far from that. Our boys put in a tremendous effort and were a credit to their parents and our club. They had to battle against a combination of three clubs – Lahardane MacHales, Ardmoy and Moygownagh, giving away size and in a lot of cases strength but they kept on battling to the end.

Together with their management, they put in a tremendous effort all year in the league and championship and we look forward to seeing more from these players as they move up through the ranks.
