I want to personally express my sincere thanks and appreciation to our outgoing Ladies Senior Management Team for the tremendous commitment, dedication and countless hours they have given to Kiltimagh Ladies football over the last number of years.

John Hession (Manager), along with Pa McNicholas, Vanessa Ryan, Dee Carroll and Kenny Conway, have invested an enormous amount of time, knowledge and experience in coaching, mentoring and developing our Senior Ladies squad.

The commitment involved goes so much further than the hours spent on the training pitch or on match days. There are countless unseen hours of preparation, planning, organising, travelling, s&c, physio , communicating and supporting players. Much of this work happens quietly in the background and often involves personal sacrifices that can easily go unnoticed. It is important that we recognise and acknowledge just how much each of you has given to the team and the club.

What I particularly want to acknowledge is the culture and environment you have helped create within the group. The togetherness, team spirit, friendship and genuine care shown by the players towards one another are qualities that do not happen by accident. Fostering an environment where players support each other, look out for each other and take such pride in representing their club is a tremendous achievement.

The confidence, determination and character shown by this group of players are a testament to the work you have all put in. While success on the field is always welcome, the strong relationships, team culture and foundations you have helped establish are every bit as important and will hopefully benefit the club for many years to come.

I hope you all take great pride in what you have helped build.

Looking Ahead – Ladies Senior Management

The club is now seeking nominations for the Ladies Senior Management Team for the coming season. Anyone wishing to put forward a nomination is asked to contact the Club Secretary by Tuesday, 17th November.

We have a fantastic group of players and a very strong platform to build upon. Our hope is that we can continue the progress, build on the success achieved and, most importantly, maintain the wonderful culture and foundations of togetherness established by the outgoing management team.
