Big win for our U16 Girls
Our U16 girls had a big win away to St Brigids (Killala) on a scoreline of Kiltimagh 8-16 – Killala 1-07
Kiltimagh Snr Ladies win
Our senior ladies recorded their 4th win of the League, beating Claremorris B on a scoreline of 4.11 to 0.03.
The game was played at 10.30 am in Claremorris and was an entertaining contest, played in good spirits by both teams.
Kiltimagh played in their away white jerseys and, despite having the majority of the play, only led by 5 points at half-time, on a scoreline of 1.05 to 0.03.
In the second half, it was a different story as we scored a further 3.06 to no reply from Claremorris. A pleasing factor of the win was that several U18s made their debuts.
Well done to all, four wins out of five, and now it’s onto their next game v Cill Chomain on the 02nd of May in Kiltimagh @ 7 pm.

After Breaffy B conceded the points in our 1st round league game, our seniors played their 1st game away to Killala last Saturday night and recorded a win on a scoreline of 4.19 to 2.21.

U12 Boys v Swinford
The under-12s wrapped up a great week of challenges before the league starts next week with a cracking game between the boys and Swinford in Kiltimagh, coming up just short on a score line of 2-11 to 14 points in a game that went down to the final kick of the game.
This game follows their impressive win in Charlestown last Saturday morning on a scoreline of 7-04 to 1-01.
The boys now look forward to their league starting next Wednesday evening in Balla.
3rd win for Snr Ladies
Kiltimagh senior ladies recorded their 3nd win of the League, beating Westport on a scoreline of 1.08 to 1.02.
Despite the windy conditions, it was an entertaining game played in good spirits. Kiltimagh played with the wind in the 1st half, and led at half-time by 3 points, on a scoreline of 1.04 to 1.01.
In the 2nd half, playing against a very strong breeze, they played some brilliant attacking football, backed up by excellent defending.
A pleasing factor of the win was that 30 players were togged and some of the younger players made their debits.
Well done to all, three wins out of three, and they now have a two-week break until their next game away to Belmullet.
