Mother & Others Challenge

On Sunday evening in Gilmartin Park, Kiltimagh Mother & Others played a challenge with Swinford Mother & Others. Afterwards, both teams adjourned to Tommy Ryans Bar for much-needed rehydration.

Well done to all.

Great day out for our U8, 10 & 12s girls, who lined out in their club colours at McHale Park today for the Mayo v Dublin Senior Ladies championship opener.

Unfortunately, Mayo didn’t get the win, but our girls definitely put themselves on the inter-county radar.

Thanks to the players, parents, and coaches for coming out for what was a very enjoyable day.

Senior Mens win V Aghamore

Senior Mens win V Aghamore

Despite missing several senior players through injury, our seniors recorded a well-deserved win against Aghamore B on a scoreline of 2.12 to 1.10.

This win will stand them well for their next game against Shrule Glencorrib next Saturday, the 13th of June @ 7 pm in Shrule

Boys U10 Blitz

Boys U10 Blitz

Very proud of this bunch of u-10 lads today.

They played Castlebar, Breaffy, and Belmullet and knocked it out of the park.

On a day when most of the older lads were unavailable, the younger ones stepped up and didn’t disappoint. Four games, loads of scores, and some excellent team play going forward and back. Lovely to see their efforts being rewarded.

Keep up the good work lads

Madeline Player of the Match

Madeline Player of the Match

Our No 11, Madeline O’Donnell, was voted “Player of the Match” by the county board officials for her outstanding performance and work rate during our Senior Ladies League title win over Kilmaine last Sunday.

We are all delighted for Madeline, and it’s a just reward for her dedication and commitment to the team and club. A role model for all young players.

Mothers & Others 1st outing

Mothers & Others 1st outing

The newly-formed Mothers and Others had their first outing last Saturday, the 30th of May, when they took part in a blitz in Claremorris. Well done to all involved.

U16 Boys lose to Belmullet

U16 Boys lose to Belmullet

After a great League campaign, our U16 Boys lost out to Bemullet in extra time in the League final played in Ballina last Thursday, the 30th of May.

The scores were level at full time, and despite Kiltimagh’s best efforts, Belmullet were the champions on a scorleine of 3.19 to 4.09.

U16 Girls lose to Burrishoole

U16 Girls lose to Burrishoole

Hard luck to our U16 girls last night away to a very strong Burrishoole side, losing out 3-09 to 1-05.

The girls put in a huge performance, working hard for each other all over the pitch and were unlucky to be only a point down at half-time. Great character and effort shown by all 16 players in very warm conditions.

The positives are huge and the girls have now secured a place in the Shield Final on the weekend of June 20th/21st.

Best of luck as well to all our girls preparing for the Junior Cert over the next few weeks. Well done everyone

U12 Boys win V Erris St Pats

U12 Boys win V Erris St Pats

Another brilliant performance last night as the boys beat Erris St Pats in Bangor.

It wasn’t all plain sailing — the bus trip and warm conditions made for a tough start, with the lads taking a while to find their feet in the opening quarters. But they dug deep and turned on the style in the fourth quarter to seal a resounding victory.

That makes it 4 wins from 4 and with one game to go against Bonniconlon in two weeks, the boys look well placed to top the group
