Kiltimagh defeat Ballaghadereen to remain in East Mayo U14B Championship

Kiltimagh 5-8 Ballaghadereen 2-10; Kiltimagh defeated hot favorites Ballaghadereen in the U14 B Championship on Tuesday 12th June last. This throws the competition wide open as all 3 teams have now won a game each. A draw will now take place on Thursday 14th June 2007 to see which teams will play each other in the play-offs. Kiltimagh stun Belmullet with massive win

Kiltimagh 2-12, Belmullet 2-8: Kiltimagh are right back in this year's intermediate championship having ventured into the lions den that is Belmullet and departed with two unlikely points. Belmullet had not lost a competitive game at home in the last four years and were hot favorites but a tremendous all-round team performance from Kiltimagh saw them prevail. Their next outing now takes on massive importance and a win is a must against Kilcommon, who visit Kiltimagh on the weekend of the 14th/15th July next.

Kiltimagh win against Parke in League

Kiltimagh 0-12, Parke 0-8. Kiltimagh secured another 2 points in Div 2B on Saturday 2nd June last. The next outing in the League is on Sunday 17th June 2007 at 2pm in Moygownagh.

Under 16s notch good away win

Kiltimagh 2-7, Castlebar 1-4: Kiltimagh made the short distance to Castlebar for this first round Division 1 clash. In a tight game, Kiltimagh put in an excellent perfomance and ran out deserved winners by a margin of 6 points.

Minors Win Opening Game

Kiltimagh 2-5, Acail 0-6 : Kiltimagh's minor team got their 2007 league campaign off to a winning start on Sunday 1st April with a well deserved win over Achill. Next game is away to Moy Davitts on Friday 20th April at 7pm.

Kiltimagh defeat Hollymount 3-15 to 0-9

Kiltimagh had another good win against old rivals Hollymount away last Sunday. Kiltimagh showed great battling qualities in what was a tough encounter. However it was at a cost with Gary Smyth, Tomas Morley, and John McNicholas receiving injuries. Aiden Lydon was sent off for a late tackle and will be suspended for a month. It was a good all round team performance with everyone trying hard.

Kiltimagh Defeat Ballyhaunis in League Opener

Kiltimagh 3-9, Ballyhaunis 0-4.
In atrocious conditions at Gilmartin Park on Monday the 19th March 2007, Kiltimagh served up a winning performance in their first match in Division 2B. They were deserving winners as the scoreline suggests but were somewhat flattered by the scoreline as only 5 points separated the sides up until the 25th minute of the second half. However, a storming finish, as Ballyhaunis faded, saw Kiltimagh make the game safe.

Intermediate Championship Draw

The intermediate championship draw was made in Castlebar last night.
1st Round Kiltimagh v Kilmeena at home on 27th May 2007.
2nd Round Kiltimagh v Belmullet away on 10th June 2007.
3rd Round Kiltimagh v Kilcommon at home on 15th July.
