Kiltimagh prevailed against the Gardai on a 2-12 to 0-12 scoreline. (See Photo Gallery) Jun 29, 2008, 6:36 pm As the first anniversary of the untimely death of Niall Gilmartin is
approaching, Kiltimagh GAA Club and Na Fianna GAA Club have decided to get
together for a special game in Niall's memory. To honour Niall's memory, a
team from Na Fianna will travel to Kiltimagh on the 12th July 2008 to take on
Kiltimagh's senior team. Rumour has it that a number of former greats, some who
took the field with the Goat back in the mists of time, are searching their
sheds for the boots and might make a surprise appearance.This should be a very
enjoyable occasion. The game will be played in Gilmartin Park and will start at
6.30pm. There will be a presentation and barbeque in Ryan's Bar after the game.
All gate receipts from the game will go to benefit the Specal Olympics Bocce
