Under 14 Boys Start Campaign With Fine Win

Kiltimagh 1-15 Crossmolina 3-8: Kiltimagh travelled to Crossmolina and came away with two valuable points following a thrilling game. Kiltimagh had the wind at their backs in the first half and led by 1-12 to 1-4 at the break. Crossmolina made the best of the wind advantage in the second half and pushed Kiltimagh all the way but Kiltimagh just held out for a one point win.


St Aiden's/Kiltimagh GAA Club Dancers win Mayo Scor na Paisti.

Michelle Sweeney had her dancers in fine form for the Mayo Scor na Paisti Final held in Breaffy recently. The team of Caoimhe Burke, Aisling Moran, Leanne Mulderrig, Laura Carroll, Valerie McHugh, Shannon Turtill, Nicole Conway and Lisa Ruane turned in a fine performance to win the Rince Foirne competition. Their performance was good enough not only to capture the Mayo crown but they were also crowned Connacht champions.

Kiltimagh 1-7 Garrymore 0-10: Kiltimagh shared the spoils with Garrymore in this opening encounter. This was nip and tuck throughout and both teams had chances to take maximum points but weren't qute able to do so when it came to it,


2011 Mayo GAA County Development Draw.

The Mayo County Development Draw is due to take place shortly. Tickets are again €100.00 for the 6 draws and, as usual, there are very valuable prizes, well worth winning. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased from any member of the executive. The Club understand that finances are tight this year and appreciate any support they can get from the community. If any one would like to pay the subscription by instalments then it will be possible to pay by 5 instalments of €20.00 by way of direct debit. This is a very important means of fund-raising for the Club and the Club is very grateful for all the support it has received over the years. Kiltimagh 0-7 Swinford 0-7: Neighbours Kiltimagh and Swinford played out a dour draw in dreadful conditions at Kiltimagh on Saturday 19th March 2011.Kiltimagh trailed 6 to 2 at the break and had the aid of a strong breeze for the second half. Their first half performanace was far from impressive and they took a while to settle in the second half. However, they dominated the last 20 minutes and their much improved performance in that period could have secured them the 2 points but Swinford held out for the draw.


U16 League Game v Swinford moved back to Tuesday and to Kiltimagh

The opening U16 County League game, away to Swinford, has been put back from Sunday 20th March 2011 toTuesday 22nd March at 5pm. It was to be played in Swinford but has now been moved to Kiltimagh as Swinford pitch is unavailable.
