Due to Moy Davitts involvement in the Junior Championship on Sunday 19th June 2011, the intermediate league game (Michael Walsh Cup) fixed for Kiltimagh on Saturday 18th June 2011 has been deferred. The game will now be played in Foxford on Tuesday 21st June 2011 at 8pm.

Kiltimagh have been drawn in a very tough group in the 2011 U21 Championship. They share a group with Ballina and Ballintubber and the dates and veues for the games will be fixed later.

Kiltimagh 0-9 Davitts 1-10: Kiltimagh dominated possession for three-quarters of this game but in the final quarter it was Davitts who commanded possession and deprived Kiltimagh of chances to salvage the game. In a game, played in desperate weather condutions, either team could have won but Davitts' dominance in the closing stages ensured they got their revenge for 2010 and left Kiltimagh struggling for a place in the quarter-finals.

Kiltimagh put in a tremendous performance to defeat Parke by 1-23 to 0-5 in the Michael Walsh Cup on the 4th June 2011.

Liam Lydon has been selected to line out at wing forward for Mayo in the Connacht Junior Final against Sligo. The game throws in at 7.3pm in Charlestown on Friday 3rd June 2011.

Davitts will get an opportunity to gain revenge for their 2010 championship defeat to Kiltimagh when the sides meet again in this first round Intermediate Championship clash at Ballindine on Sunday the 12th June next at 2pm. These two teams are very familiar with each other and this will be their fourth clash in successive campaigns. In 2007 Kiltimagh defeated Davitts after a quarter-final replay in their march to the final. Then in 2008, Davitts turned the tables with a convincing win in Ballindine. In 2010, Kiltimagh again prevailed in their quarter-final clash in Claremorris and the gods decided to pit them together again in the 2011 group stage. Whatever the outcome, it is likely to be a close and keenly contested encounter and, if the experience of the last 3 championships is anything to go by, it would be a brave man that would precit the outcome of this one.

Kilmeena were unable to field a team for the clash with Kiltimagh so they conceded the points to Kiltimagh.

Kiltimagh 2-11 Crossmolina 3-5: Kiltimagh played into the teeth of a strong wind and managed to get to the break 2-6 to 1-2 ahead. They then knocked over the first 4 points of the second half yet to get into an 11 point win. Despite this they managed to contrive a situation where they were holding out for a win at the final whistle. Still they fully deserved the win.
