Kiltimagh 0-11 Louisburgh 1-13: Kiltimagh were defeated by a superior Louisburgh team in the County Legue Final. Kiltimagh started with the wind at their backs and were 5 points up after 15 minutes. Louisburgh came back into the game and dominated the remaining three quarters of the game and ran out deserving winners.

Kiltimagh 6-2 Westport 2-12: Kiltimagh U16s came out on top in this very unusual scoreline. This win keeps their hopes of progressing to the semi-finals alive and they now play Carras in the final round game on Saturday evening next. In the meantime, there is the task of taking on Louisburgh in the league final at McHale Park on Thursday 18th August 2011 at 7.15pm.

The senior league games against Tourmakeady and Moy Davitts and the junior league games against Claremorris and Lacken, fixed for the next two weekends, have been postponed due to Mayo's involvement in the All-Ireland semi-final.

Kiltimagh 1-10 Hollymount/Carramore 2-11: A bad start and some indiscipline cost Kiltimagh dearly as they exited the intermediate championship at the hands of a superior Hollymount/Carramore side.

The Kiltimagh boys U13 game against Breaffy is likely to be deferred from Monday the 8th August 2011. The U16 championship game against Carras on Tuesday 9th August 2011 has been put back to a later date.

Names will be taken for tickets for the All-Ireland semi-final clash between Mayo and rank outsiders, Kerry at the Community Centre at 10pm on Thursday 11th August 2011. Tickets are priced, €40 for adults and €5 for juveniles. Usual concessions apply for stuents and OAPs.

Despite Mayo's great win on Sunday, all championship games go ahead this weekend. The intermediate championsip game, Kiltimagh v Hollymount, goes ahead on Sunday in Kiltimagh at 3pm.

Kiltimagh 0-7 Charlestown 1-12: The Kiltimagh U14 boys went to the well once too often and simply didn't have enough left in the tank to win this county semi-final clash against Charlestown. Great credit due to the lads who played 9 championship game this summer, losing only 3, and finishing up as East Mayo Champions 2011.
